Songbird turns a few details about a person into a finished song. You pick an occasion and a style, say who it is for and what makes them them, and Claude writes the lyrics before a music model performs them as an actual recording you can play, save and share. Alongside the songs you make, Songbird carries a curated showcase: fourteen shelves of real, listenable tracks organised by genre and by mood, each with its own words and its own sound. Everything is produced ahead of time and chosen by hand — the shelf is meant to be listened to, not scrolled past.

What it collects
Account & identity
A user ID created when you sign in with Apple, plus whatever Apple chooses to share — you may use Apple's private relay address, and we never receive your password.
What you write for a song
The occasion and style you pick, the recipient's name, and any free text you add. Because you may write about another person, only include what that person would be comfortable hearing sung back to them.
Songs you make
The lyrics written for you and the finished audio are stored in your account so the song survives reinstalling the app or changing device. Only you can read them, and deleting your account deletes them.
Safety screening
The outcome of the two safety checks a request passes through is stored with the song, so abuse can be investigated and a wrongly blocked request can be reviewed.
Subscription state
Whether your subscription is active, handled by Apple. Purchase transactions and receipts stay with Apple and are tied to your Apple Account, not to anything we store.
What is not collected
No microphone recording, no contacts, no location, no advertising identifier, and no third-party analytics or ad SDKs.
