Frequently Asked Questions
How is a song made?
You choose an occasion and a style and describe the person. What you write is screened, the lyrics are written by an AI model, and a second model performs them as a recording. It usually takes a couple of minutes, and the finished song is saved to your library.
Are estimates and results accurate?
They are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate. They are intended as a helpful guide, not professional, medical, or dietary advice.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps. Your content is stored securely and is accessible only to your account.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. To cancel, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and manage the subscription there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Deleting Your Data
You can permanently delete your data at any time from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and associated content. Note that deleting the app itself does not cancel an active subscription (see above).
