Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Umax AI, a mobile application provided by Mehmet Sancaktutan & Burak Taş. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use Umax AI.
Use of the App
Umax AI is provided to help you explore AI-assisted facial analysis, ratings, and looksmaxxing suggestions.
Any results, scores, or estimates are provided for informational and motivational purposes and may be inaccurate. They do not constitute medical, dietary, dermatological, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making important decisions about your health.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscriptions are auto-renewing: they renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Certain features consume credits obtained through subscriptions or in-app purchases. If a generation fails, the credits used are refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value and expire upon account deletion.
A free trial, where offered, automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple App Store Terms
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. All billing and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
Account and Access
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access secure. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete My Data).
User Responsibilities
When using the app, you agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its security.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the app's source or models.
- Upload photos that are not your own or that you do not have permission to use.
- Use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or result will be accurate. Availability may depend on third-party providers, and features may change.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehmet Sancaktutan & Burak Taş shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
